Editing Services
For people who are already writing and want someone in their corner.

You're putting out content (essays, newsletters, posts, articles) and you want it to be good.
Not just correct. Actually good. The kind of writing that sounds like you on your best day, every time.

This is a Good
Fit if You:
-
Write regularly and want consistent support from someone who gets your voice
-
Have drafts that are almost there but need a clear, honest read
-
Care about how your writing sounds and don't want it to feel generic
-
Want feedback that makes your writing better and not feedback that makes it sound like someone else
What I Actually Do:
I read your writing closely and help you figure out what's working, what's getting in the way, and how to fix it.
I look at the big picture, and I look at the details, sentence by sentence:
-
Does this piece say what you mean?
-
Is it in the right order?
-
Does it carry the right weight?
You get the piece back cleaner, clearer, and more confident, with notes explaining the choices I made so you can learn from them too.
What This Can Look Like
Batch pieces:
Monthly editing support for newsletters, blogs, and Substacks that's good for folks who write regularly but don't want to spend hours second-guessing every post.
Here's how it works:
-
You send me 3–5 drafted pieces at the start of the month (we work one month in advance, i.e., you send me July's pieces in June)
-
I go through each one and clean up the structure, the flow, and the language
-
I'll flag anything that could hit harder, go deeper, or land more clearly
-
You get them back ready to publish
-
Optional: a short video walking you through the changes and why I made them
What you walk away with: a full month of writing you feel good about, without the hours of staring at your own words, wondering if they're right.

Single pieces:
Good for anyone working on something longer or more personal: a big essay, a chapter, or a piece you've been sitting on for a while.
Here's how it works:
-
You send me the piece (roughly 500–4,000 words)
-
I start with the structure: does it flow? Does it build the way it needs to? Is the right thing at the center?
-
Then I go line by line to sharpen the language and make sure it sounds like you
-
You get them back ready to publish
-
Optional: a short video walking you through the changes and why I made them
What you walk away with: a piece that finally says what you meant and a clear path to the version you want to publish.
