What a Project Could Look Like
Example 1: Batch Editorial for Substacks / Blogs / Newsletters
Perfect for: founders, creatives, and thought leaders who write monthly content but don’t want to self-edit.
How it works:
-
Client shares 3 to 6 drafted posts at the beginning of the month
-
I perform line edits, clarity rewrites, tone refinement, and structural tweaks
-
I highlight stronger angles and call out opportunities for depth
-
Client receives polished, ready-to-publish drafts
-
Optional: Loom walkthrough for each piece explaining changes + craft insights
Client outcome: A month’s worth of confident, consistent, on-brand writing without spending hours second-guessing themselves.
Example 2: Longform Editing for Authors, Essayists, & Thought Leaders
Perfect for: clients writing chapters, longform essays, or major storytelling pieces.
How it works:
-
Client submits the piece (1,000–4,000 words)
-
I conduct developmental edits first: structure, clarity, pacing, narrative shape
-
Then I do line-by-line edits to refine voice and flow
-
Client receives:
-
Edited document
-
Margin comments explaining major choices
-
An optional Loom video guiding them through the next revision
-
Client outcome: A sharper, more emotionally resonant piece with a clear path to the final draft.
